Enterprise Analytics Platform

Architecture, product direction, and engineering leadership for a platform designed to unify data across disparate applications.

Overview

A shared analytical layer for enterprise products.

The platform was designed to consume data from applications built with different technologies and present that information through unified visualizations and a consistent product experience.

Problem

Disparate products made cross-application insight difficult.

Enterprise customers needed a scalable way to bring information together without requiring every source application to share the same implementation or data model.

Role

Technical vision paired with product and team leadership.

I architected the platform, provided technical and architectural guidance, evaluated technologies, performed code review, led six direct reports and coordinated twelve additional contributors, and communicated product vision to management and stakeholders.

Approach

Define a common platform boundary.

The public description of this work centers on the architectural responsibilities: integrating multiple applications and technologies, using REST APIs as clear system boundaries, planning for enterprise deployment and scalability, and aligning contributors around a shared technical direction.

Confidentiality note

Proprietary source code, customer information, internal screenshots, and unapproved implementation details are intentionally omitted.

Technology

Outcome

An enterprise platform delivered across a broad contributor group.

The work established and delivered a unified analytics product direction while coordinating architecture, implementation quality, scalability concerns, team leadership, and stakeholder communication.
